The Journey to CNC Precision
For years, I crafted every single fightstick manually—measuring, cutting, shaping, and sanding everything by hand.
Each build was a labor of love, but I knew there was a way to take things even further.
That’s when I decided to invest in CNC technology.
Making this leap wasn’t easy. I had zero experience in CNC machining and only a little background in AutoCAD.
Between fulfilling commissioned fightstick orders and balancing family responsibilities, learning a completely new skill felt like an uphill battle.
On top of that, CNC machines are a massive investment, especially for a startup like JUANminiDIY.
But I believed in it.
The promise of higher precision, cleaner cuts, and the ability to produce more fightsticks at a faster rate was too good to ignore.
And now, after weeks of trial, error, and hard work, I can finally introduce one of the first CNC-crafted JUANminiDIY fightsticks: the JMD-JLS.
