This build was crafted with attention to detail, and the client opted for a clean and simple design.

JMD Standard Case
This build features our JMD Standard Case, a versatile and sleek design perfect for all-button layouts. It’s durable, practical, and customizable to fit your gaming needs.
For this project, we kept it minimal and clean to emphasize its smooth pinewood finish.
Pinewood (Unstained)
One of the standout features of this stick is the material—pinewood. We left the wood unstained to highlight its natural grain, giving it a light, organic look.
Pinewood is a popular choice for its lightness, affordability, and overall smooth texture, making it a great base for custom arcade sticks.
Rounded Edges for Comfort
Ergonomics matter in any build, and I made sure this fight stick would be comfortable during long gaming sessions by rounding the edges.
This subtle touch keeps your hands comfortable, especially when you’re playing for hours.
Dimensions: 15x7x2 inches
This arcade stick is sized at 15x7x2 inches—a compact yet spacious form factor.
It offers ample space for hand placement while keeping the design portable and easy to manage on your gaming desk or lap.
Standard All-Button Layout
The client opted for a standard all-button layout. This design is ideal for those who prefer precise input control without the use of a joystick.
The button placement is intuitive, offering fast response times for competitive gaming.
JMD Clear Buttons with White Inserts
For the buttons, we used our signature JMD clear buttons. The clear design allows for customization with art, but in this case, the client chose to keep it simple by opting for a clean white color.
I think it gives the stick a crisp, modern look. We offer various color options for these buttons, so every client can choose what fits their style best.
4 Side Buttons: Touchpad, Home PS, Select, Start
On the side of the stick, I’ve installed four essential buttons: Touchpad, Home (PS), Select, and Start.
These buttons are laid out for easy access during gameplay, ensuring that navigating menus and system functions is quick and efficient.
USB Type-C Port & LED Power Indicator
This build includes a USB Type-C port, which has become the standard for most gaming setups.
Alongside it is an LED power indicator, so you’ll always know when the stick is powered up and ready to go.
Standard Wood Bottom Cover
This arcade stick comes with a standard wood bottom cover.
However, for those looking for a sleeker finish, we offer the option to upgrade to an acrylic bottom cover with screws or an acrylic cover with a magnetic design for easy access.
JMD Pico Fighting Board MINI
Inside this stick is our JMD Pico Fighting Board MINI, which works seamlessly with both PC and Nintendo Switch.
For gamers who play on multiple platforms, you also have the option to upgrade to a PS5 kit converter, making it compatible with PC, Switch, PS4, and PS5.
Custom Artwork by Client
The client provided their own artwork for this stick, but we also offer an art commission service for those who want custom designs tailored to their style.
For an additional cost, we can work with artists to create something unique for your arcade stick.
